Our Story

Bennett Restoration Services, LLC founder Lois Bennett Woods-Hill has a proven track record for helping others. Throughout her former career as a professional accountant, Woods-Hill made time for the people in her community. She could be found helping kids with homework, helping people straighten out their finances, or helping others on the path towards homeownership. Woods-Hill holds a PhD in Religious Missionary Counseling.

Woods-Hill’s connection with FEMA began in 2002 with Hurricane Charlie. In the many years since, Woods-Hill and her team has provided all that is necessary for Disaster Clean Up, Demolition, Hauling and Tree Removal for natural disasters. Together, they focused on timely undertaking and performing all the obligations, expressed and implied by FEMA.

In 2019, Bennett Restoration Services, LLC was officially formed with a heart for helping others. The company is a source of employment for many individuals who might not otherwise have access to large projects. In addition to restoration projects, the company is dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers reach their dream of homeownership.

Today, Bennett Restoration Services, LLC is a Tier One, Government Contracting/FEMA company. The company is certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program Participant, a Florida-Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise, and SAM Certified.

“I thank God for the opportunity [entrepreneurship]. I try to help and bring restoration to as many as people as possible.”
